Main Line Estate
Over three years, this landscape was transformed from a sheared, overgrown traditional Main Line Garden (read: azaleas and yews) to a diverse planting within mixed deciduous and evergreen privacy screens.
The front yard follows formal cues within a rectilinear design, however surprising elements, such as cultivars of native species among boxwoods, transition this estate garden to modern day.
Hardscapes (walls, patios, walkways, and stairs) use local stone to retain a long-established sense of place here.
